Sale Terms

1. Company Information: Gizmo World, operated by Gizmo World, is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.
2. TNGST Act Compliance: We hereby certify that our registration certificate under the TNGST Act 1959 is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in this Bill/Cash Memo/Invoice has been affected by us in the regular course of our business.
3. Responsibility Disclaimer: Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leave our warehouse.
4. GST Invoices: We provide proper GST invoices for all products sold. We do not sell products without a GST invoice. If you need your company's GST No. on the invoice, kindly mention the same in the comment box while ordering and provide the 3 pages of your company's GST certificate for the GST invoice.
5. Cancellation Fees:
• A 2% convenience fee will be deducted for orders cancelled by the buyer before shipping.
• A 5% charge applies if the order is cancelled by the buyer after it has been shipped.
• A 3% fee will be deducted if the buyer wants to modify the order after shipping, with no charges applicable for modifications before shipping.
• These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. If the buyer opts for a refund, it will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
6. Bajaj EMI Orders: A 5% fee will be deducted from the order value if the payment was made using Bajaj EMI and the order is canceled by the buyer.
7. Product Disclaimer: Materials sold are spares and components of computers and do not form a complete system unless specified as "New PC System".
8. Special Usage Notification: Any products purchased for special usage in abnormal environments (i.e., other than normal usage) must be informed to us at the time of purchase; otherwise, the warranty is void.
9. Acceptance of Terms: No customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of these terms and conditions.
10. Gaming Chairs: Only part replacement is applicable if a gaming chair is defective or damaged upon delivery. No refunds are available for gaming chair orders.
11. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products: For DOA products, buyers must ensure all parts and accessories are included in the box; failure to do so will result in non-acceptance of the DOA claim and will be treated as an RMA.
12. Warranty Exclusions: Physical damage, mishandling of products, or tampering with warranty stickers voids the warranty. All products sold require technically qualified PC hardware engineers for installation.
13. Order Cancellations: Gizmo World reserves the right to cancel any orders related to pricing or stock issues.
14. Jurisdiction: The court at [Your City] shall have exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising out of this sale contract.

Warranty and RMA Terms

1. Carry-In Warranty: All products sold by us are under carry-in warranty only. Both side shipping charges need to be paid by the buyer to RMA the product outside our policy window.
2. On-Site Warranty: Covered only under the brand's reach. If your area is outside the brand's reach, your warranty service will change to Carry-In service.
3. Shipping Insurance: Our shipping service for RMA products does not cover insurance for damage caused in transit. We are not liable for any such damages.
4. Direct Warranty: Where “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” is mentioned, it means the warranty is direct by the manufacturer/distributor. We do not have any legal or financial liability for the same.
5. Warranty Documentation: Customers must send a copy of our invoice for warranty purposes when there is a service problem with products.
6. Condition for Warranty: Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair/replacement only if they are in good physical condition.
7. Warranty Void Conditions: Products with broken/burnt pins, pen/pencil markings, cracks, missing/tampered components, or damaged warranty stickers will be rejected and considered warranty void.
8. RMA/Warranty Duration: The duration of RMA/Warranty claims is as per the brand's concern. Please do not argue with us for delays, as we are merely facilitating the service.
9. Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by mishandling, improper handling, or electrical issues voids the warranty.
10. Manufacturer’s Warranty: Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy. For products with a local service center, customers must approach the service center directly with their purchase details.
11. Warranty Repair/Replacement: Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer/supplier warranty policy.
12. Warranty Accessories: We reserve the right to reject materials received for warranty without accessories, manuals, software CDs/DVDs, and outer box packing.
13. Litigation and Service Issues: Any service litigations or problems must be addressed directly to the manufacturer/distributor. We are not responsible for any litigation thereof.
14. Payment Conditions: Warranty service will be provided only where the full payment is made on the due date.
15. Service Limitation: RMA/Warranty claim service is not guaranteed for a lifetime and may be revoked without prior notice.
