Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Requests: We offer a hassle-free cancellation option available in the order panel. You can place your cancellation request directly from there, or you can email or call us to cancel your order.
  2. Convenience Fee: The convenience fee charged on orders is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the buyer. In case the order is cancelled by us, the complete order amount will be refunded. This charge is applicable only if the buyer opts to cancel the order and requests a refund.
  3. Cancellation Charges:
    • A 2% convenience fee will be deducted for orders cancelled by the buyer before shipping.
    • A 5% charge will apply if the order is cancelled by the buyer after it has been shipped.
    • A 3% fee will be deducted if the buyer wants to modify the order after shipping. No charges apply for modifications before shipping.
    • These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. If the buyer opts for a refund, it will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
  4. Refunds for Seller-Initiated Cancellations: No charges will apply if the order cancellation or modification is initiated by us.
  5. Warranty-Related Complaints: For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer. Gizmo World is committed to assisting its customers and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

Return/Refund Policy for Gizmo World

  1. Eligibility for Return/Refund: We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered is in damaged condition, the wrong product was sent, the product is dead on arrival (DOA), or the product is defective. Buyers have 3 days (7 days for complete PC sets) after delivery to inform us of any issues with the order to claim a return or refund. Buyers should contact us via email (preferred) or by phone.
  2. Gaming Chairs: Only part replacement is applicable if the gaming chair delivered is defective or damaged. No refunds are available for gaming chair orders.
  3. Opened Product Seal: If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty, return/refund will not be applicable.
  4. Missing Parts or Accessories: Return/refund requests will be cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
  5. Packaging Material: Buyers should keep the packaging material until the return window is closed. This helps in packing the product to its original form to avoid damage during transit.
  6. Proper Packaging: Products should be packed properly as received by the buyer. Do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or product box; this may lead to the cancellation of your return request.
  7. Returning Accessories: All accessories delivered with the product should be returned in the same condition along with the product.
  8. Refund Process:
    • If the payment was made through our payment gateway, it will be refunded to the same account used for payment.
    • For bank transfer and COD orders, refunds will be processed to the buyer's bank account.
    • Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
  9. Bajaj EMI Orders: A 5% fee will be deducted from the order value if the payment was made using Bajaj EMI and the order is cancelled by the buyer.

Additional Points

  1. Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. International Orders: Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the buyer, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. Inspection Upon Return: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the returned item does not meet the requirements of our return policy, the return may be denied, and the item will be sent back to you.
